The Company provides you with Product Finder 360 Service (“PF 360 Service”). The PF 360 Service collects certain data, including personal information (“Data”) of the customers and the end users of the PF 360. Use of cookies or of other tracking tools by the PF 360 Service and/or by third party services are for technical purposes. For example: for navigation between questions already answered and questions to be answered, which is necessary to establish advisory flow.

  • Troubleshooting & Optimization

Clever Bots uses Data to diagnose problems with its servers, to administer its servers and to monitor servers and optimize traffic and flows.

5. Method of processing

Clever Bots processes the Data in proper manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of the Data. Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated.

In some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of the PF 360 Service (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, hosting providers) appointed.

The Data is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the third parties involved in the processing are located.

The Data is kept for the time necessary to provide the PF 360 Service.
